Fusion5 is on the hunt for a Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Senior Consultant who is responsible for analysing client business processes, designing, configuring, and implementing Dynamics 365 SCM solutions to drive operational excellence and transformation.
This role collaborates closely with end users, technical teams, and stakeholders - ensuring solutions add real commercial value and enable clients to thrive through digital innovation.
Take ownership of the functional design and end-to-end delivery of enterprise application implementations. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business needs, translate those into scalable solutions, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that drive measurable business value.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Consultant, you'll:
- Analyse and document supply chain business requirements, processes, and KPIs, facilitating workshops to capture functional needs for implementation.
- Design, configure, and implement D365 SCM modules: Product Information Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, Master Planning, Warehouse, Production, and Transportation.
- Develop and review functional design documents for customizations, integrations, and reporting —collaborating with technical consultants to translate business needs into robust solutions.
- Lead testing, training, and go-live support.
- Provide expert-level advisory on system capabilities, change impacts, and optimisation.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability development.
What You'll Bring

- 5+ years of consulting or industry experience in Supply Chain or implementing D365 SCM in consulting
- Proven track record of successful project delivery across mid to large-scale organisations with understanding of supply chain processes and ERP solution design.
- Hands-on proficiency with D365 SCM configuration, integrations, and related Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure, LCS)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with ambiguity and prioritizing business value.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of leading workshops and stakeholder engagements.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline is desirable.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant Associate preferred.
