We are seeking a Head of Data & Integration to lead our high-performing team of architects, engineers, and consultants. This is a strategic role where you'll drive transformation initiatives, deliver intelligent automation and analytics, to achieve business outcomes for our clients. You will have full financial and operational ownership of this business area.

In This Role, You Will:
- Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Data & Integration practice
- Drive strategy, growth, and profitability across services
- Deliver competitive solutions using platforms like Azure Synapse, Databricks, MuleSoft, and AI/ML
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Solution Architects to win strategic engagements
- Champion innovation, delivery excellence, and customer success
- Position Fuison5 as a leading integration and data partner in the market
