Becky Rutherford

Becky is the Chief Operating Officer for Fusion5. She oversees consulting services and ensures they are meeting scope, time, budget and quality expectations. She also provides team members with leadership, guidance and mentoring.

Backed by 20+ years’ experience building and managing highly successful delivery, sales, and marketing teams in consulting and professional services businesses. Her work spans multiple industries and business processes, across multiple product sets including software development, ERP, SRP, business intelligence, and CRM.

For me, client relationships come first. I'm always looking for opportunities to deliver more benefits to our clients in the most effective way. I love hearing from happy clients and knowing we made a positive difference to their business.

Becky has a real passion for building high-performance teams and delivering benefits to businesses. She is a visionary leader who always has an eye to the future.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from California State University and an Executive Certificate of Management from Henley Business School.
