We're Hiring: Account Manager - Auckland | Wellington | Christchurch

We're looking for an Account Manager with 3+ years' experience to join our team in Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch. In this role, you'll build trusted relationships with our customers, drive solution adoption, and grow revenue across multiple pillars for our Small, Medium and Corporate clients.
What You'll Do
- Be a trusted advisor to customers, aligning Fusion5's offerings with their strategic business objectives to achieve meaningful business impact
- Develop and manage account plans, renewals, and upsell opportunities to drive business growth and achieve high levels of client satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and management
- Drive cross-sell initiatives, promote Fusion5's full solution suite and help our customers unlock the power of AI
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery
- Promote Fusion5 through case studies and referrals
About You

What You Bring
- 3+ years in account management, Service Delivery or sales-based roles, B2B technology / professional services experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and achieve favorable commercial outcomes
- Strong understanding of business technology landscape and a strong professional network
- Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Tertiary qualification preferred
