Fusion5 is looking for a talented and proactive Annuities Business Partner to join our exceptional Trans-Tasman Annuity Team within our wider Finance Team. In return for your skills, you’ll join a team like no other, working for a human-centric company who understands the true value of people.
Based in Auckland, you’ll be an essential part of our Annuities team providing finance support to across the Fusion5 annuities revenue streams throughout New Zealand and Australia whilst providing first level finance support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensure annuity renewals across revenue streams are effectively managed with sales orders and customer invoices raised within renewal period, proactively following up when required
- Identify key requirements and/or issues with renewals ie compliance, contract terms, conditions and pricing
- Ensure all costs associated with renewals are validated and orders placed are aligned to customer sales orders
- Provide meaningful reporting to Fusion5’s internal teams relating to annuities
- Build and own relationships with our vendor partners along with accessing and inputting via Partner Supplier portals.
Get in touch if you have:
- Strong numeracy, literacy and reconciliation skills with excellent attention to detail
- High level of competency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications and databases, in particular Excel
- Ability to self-learn new systems (supplier portals)
- Agile with team value and principles
- Able to deliver results within required deadline
- Confident communicator, able to relate to internal & external clients
- High degree of integrity and discretion
- Experience and understanding of the end to end annuity and license income process.
