We’re on the lookout for a people-focused Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations professional to join our Customer Success Team, based in our Auckland office. This role is all about building trusted partnerships with your portfolio of customers across Australia, ensuring their ongoing success, and providing seamless service delivery.
You’ll be the primary contact post-implementation—supporting clients, solving problems, and making sure they feel truly supported by our team.
It’s a dynamic role where relationship-building and strategic coordination are key.
In this role, you'll:
- Manage day-to-day service delivery for multiple customers
- Act as the go-to contact for ongoing support needs
- Maintain contracts, work orders, and licensing with precision
- Coordinate with Practice Managers and Team Leads to schedule work
- Review support activities and ensure a high-quality service experience
- Host regular customer check-ins and build long-term relationships
- Travel occasionally to strengthen in-person connections
