In This Role, You Will:
- Deliver OCM services using Fusion5’s proven framework
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to embed change strategies
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Lead change initiatives across diverse industries
- Mentor consultants and contribute to internal capability building
- Support presales activities and contribute to solution design
- Workshop outcomes with customers acting as a lead consultant when required
- Produce proposals for customers with associated high-level costing
- Capture requirements through “value chain modelling” and other industry techniques
- Produce business insights and consult with business/executive stakeholders unlocking business and change opportunity
- Collaborate to bring together business change concepts with delivery technical teams/consultants representing high value to the customer.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 5-7 years of experience in OCM consulting, SI consulting, leading consulting projects, and/or leading business readiness/change management engagements
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- OCM certification from a recognised institution
- Ability to influence and lead change at all levels.
