We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our high-performing Innovation & Integration team. You'll be the trusted advisor for our integration platform customers - ensuring they gain maximum value, renew with confidence, and continue to grow with us.
What You'll Do
You'll take ownership of the end-to-end client experience, ensuring strong service delivery and uncovering new opportunities to add value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Championing customer success and driving adoption of integration solutions
- Managing support events, incidents, escalations, and SLAs (including 24/7 coverage)
- Leading onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinating service reviews, reporting (including root cause analysis), and communication
- Developing and refining service catalogues and managed service offerings
- Working closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure seamless outcomes

You're a relationship builder, a strategic thinker, and a confident communicator who knows how to turn customer needs into action. You thrive in complex environments and love seeing your clients succeed.
- Proven experience in customer success, service delivery, or account management (ideally in tech or professional services)
- A proactive, consultative approach to problem-solving and growth
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to influence internally and externally
