You’ll play a key role in guiding leaders, empowering teams, and embedding people practices that help our organisation grow and evolve. This is a hands-on and autonomous position responsible for providing assistance across all facets of Human Resources. We are looking for a Human Resource generalist with solid experience who can hit the ground running and who is used to working at pace. To ensure your success in this exciting role, you will have the proven ability to build strong relationships and credibility at all levels of the business
You could be involved in anything from promoting and embedding Human Resource policies and practices, managing employment relations, coaching line managers on a process, writing position descriptions, reporting, participating in the continual development of Human resource programs, HRIS updates, administration and everything in between!
We’re looking for a calm, balanced person who has:
- At least 5 years working in a generalist Human Resources advisory/partnering role
- Proven experience in fast-paced, change-oriented environments
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of HR operations, systems and processes
- Comprehensive knowledge of New Zealand employment law
- Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels
- Calm, solutions-focused approach with high emotional intelligence
- The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team and build productive relationships across the business
- Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail
- High-level of initiative and ability to work autonomously
- Experience working in Professional Services industry
