We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and curious Marketing Coordinator to support our high-performing, cross-functional team across Australia and New Zealand.
This is your chance to work alongside senior marketers, campaign specialists, creatives, and digital experts — gaining hands-on experience in everything from content creation and campaign setup to marketing automation and partner funding. What you’ll be doing
- Support digital, email, content, and social marketing campaigns across our full solution portfolio
- Coordinate the marketing intake process and ensure tasks are tracked in Asana
- Manage content updates across our websites and support SEO/SEM efforts
- Help report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Power BI, and Dynamics 365
- Own the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) process — from application to reimbursement
- Assist with social scheduling, asset creation, internal reporting, and supplier coordination
- Collaborate with our marketing, design, digital, and events teams to keep projects running smoothly
- Contribute to our social media, email marketing, thought leadership, and lead nurture programs.
What you’ll bring
- 1–4 years’ experience in a marketing support or coordination role
- A marketing, communications, or business qualification
- Excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail
- Confidence using platforms like LinkedIn, CMS (e.g. Umbraco), Eloqua, Google Ads, or CRM systems
- A natural ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-moving environment
- A genuine interest in digital marketing, systems, and campaign delivery
- Bonus points for any experience with vendor-funded marketing (MDF/Co-op)
