Our Marketing Department is responsible for creating awareness, demand, and leads for the solutions and services Fusion5 offers, which help businesses overcome their challenges, discover opportunities to thrive, and ultimately, make their potential reality. We need an experienced, creative, and strategic marketing professional who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing function, ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns, efficient use of team resources, and high-quality execution across all initiatives.
Acting as the central point of coordination, this role will manage team workflow, prioritise incoming requests, and lead key members of the team including marketing coordinators, content specialists, and the events team.
You will have:
- A minimum 5 years in marketing, ideally within a B2B environment
- Demonstrated experience in project or team management
- People leadership experience including direct reports
- Strong understanding of campaign workflows, creative processes, and digital execution
- Experience in marketing operations or project management roles
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong communication and people leadership
- High attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
- The ability to work across multiple teams, stakeholders, and deadlines
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Familiarity with agency-style traffic management or resourcing models
- Is fluent in marketing tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or equivalent
