Fusion5 is in an exciting time of growth and we have an opportunity for an experienced Organisational Change Manager to join our Transformation Advisory team in our Auckland or Wellington office. Fusion5 is a great place to work; you will love our culture and growth mentality.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Deliver OCM/Consulting Services to customers and generate consulting revenue to meet and exceed self utilisation and overall TA revenue
- Consult with customers on business readiness and SI consulting
- Work with Transformation Advisory (TA) team to build communities of practice
- Bring in a consulting mindset to build winnable proposals, RFX responses and other consulting artefacts including presenting to customers and leading bids
- Promote team cross functional ways of working, representing the team to pillars and customer stakeholders in a professional manner
- Plan and implement change consulting value deliverables for customer engagements
- Manage budgets on customer delivery and broader TA consulting engagements
- Work closely with TA leadership, Fusion5 sales and AMs on new TA/OCM opportunities
- Work on multiple projects and wear different hats on different consulting opportunities and industries globally
- Represent Transformation Advisory & OCM in Presales activities supporting TA practice manager – Building proposals, collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders and be seen as a trusted advisor
- Manage complex projects and facilitate team workshops, both internal & external
- Work across pillars to stitch propositions & resourcing options together to help create a single Fusion5 approach when presenting to customers
- Effectively identify and manage the risks, issues, pre-requisites, dependencies, and changes in scope associated with Consulting & OCM projects including appropriate mitigation strategies.
You’ll also have the following:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in OCM consulting, SI consulting, leading consulting projects, and/or leading business readiness/change management engagements
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once and be able to manage time of self and team effectively
- Experience as an OCM/change consulting subject matter expert within a commercial program of works in a variety of industries
- Strong commercial acumen to support build of SoWs, Work Orders & pricing estimates for the TA team
- Ability to influence and build productive relationships with industry providers and stakeholders
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office toolset; particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
- Ability to apply analytical skill and conceptual thinking to solutions planning across a range of technologies
- Ability to facilitate decisions and lead customer outcomes
- Sound understanding and application of Organisational Change Management and Project delivery methodologies and competencies including planning, financials, scope, time, quality, communications, risk, procurement, and integration
- Understanding of DevOps and agile methodologies
- Experience in building relationships with internal and external clients
- OCM training and certification with a recognised, leading institution, together with industry experience in implementing OCM as part of software delivery projects.
