About the Role
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 delivery professional located in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch to manage a portfolio of customers across New Zealand, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring their support needs are met.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on engaging with customers, understands what drives their success, and uses that insight to enhance their service delivery.
As a member of the Microsoft Dynamics Inner Circle, we are recognized as being an expert and trusted pair of hands for your implementation. In addition, Fusion5 offers advance access to product updates, licensing changes, and the ability to take our customers' feedback to the source of Microsoft innovation to help bring solutions that really make a difference to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day service delivery activities
- Build excellent relationships with customers as their “go-to” post-implementation contact
- Ensure contracts, work orders, and licenses are maintained
- Review customer support reports
- Collaborate with Practice Managers and Services Team Leads to schedule work
- Conduct regular support meetings to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Travel as required

- Commitment to exceptional customer service and stepping outside your comfort zone
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
