Join Fusion5's Customer Success Team as a Service Delivery Manager, managing a portfolio of NetSuite clients across New Zealand. You’ll build trusted relationships, ensure top-tier support, and be the go-to person for post-implementation needs.
What you'll do:
- Own day-to-day service delivery across customers
- Build strong, proactive client relationships
- Schedule work with PMO/Resource Managers
- Review support reports and maintain contracts
- Lead regular client support meetings
- Travel as required
- Excellent communication, teamwork and multitasking skills
- Organised, detail-driven, and customer-focused mindset
- “Can-do” attitude with energy to match
- NetSuite knowledge (a plus)
- Commercial smarts and drive to grow
