Fusion5 is looking for a Support Consultant to join our Wellington team, working across our Jemini and Jadestar platforms. If you're passionate about payroll, HR, and tech, and keen to grow your career, this is a great opportunity.
Jemini is a modern, web-based HR and payroll platform, while Jadestar is a trusted solution used by a wide range of clients. You’ll be part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality support and solutions to diverse businesses.
This Level 1 role involves working with different systems and clients, so adaptability and a quick learning mindset are key. You’ll handle support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment—no two days are the same!
What you’ll do:
- Provide Level 1 support for our HRIS platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and HR-related queries
- Work with a variety of clients and industries
- Collaborate with a friendly, driven team
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in payroll, HR, or support roles
- A knack for learning new systems quickly
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of NZ or AU payroll
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk or Halo
