What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure enterprise solutions.
- Provide technical direction across projects, teams, and technology domains.
- Act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution.
- Mentor and grow a collaborative, curious, and capable technical team.
- Drive best practices in architecture, DevOps, and software development.
- Engage with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation across tools and processes.
What You'll Bring
You're a strategic, customer-focused leader who thrives on solving complex problems and driving innovation. They're proactive, analytical, and results-driven—balancing technical excellence with business impact. With a passion for mentoring and collaboration, they inspire high-performing teams and lead with clarity, curiosity, and purpose.
- 7+ years in technology, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Proven success delivering enterprise-scale systems or complex client solutions.
- Strong background in software architecture, systems design, and integration.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, containerisation, and automation tools.
- Proficiency in system security, data privacy, and access control.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Computer Science, Azure, Power Platform, .NET).
